Our stock is founded from top animals from the top breeders from around the world. These include JMG, Brent Bumgardner, Darren Aguerro, Jason Taylor and others. European additions coming in 2024/25!
Who are we?
We are located (and licensed) in Colorado USA, and have been breeding snakes since the ‘80s. Yeah we are a bit old, but we have oh so many years experience. Please note: Unfortunately we CANNOT sell to any non-licensed party in the state of Colorado due to Colorado Parks and Wildlife regulations banning the buying/selling/trade/gifting of captive bred hognose in Colorado; https://www.sos.state.co.us/CCR/GenerateRulePdf.do?ruleVersionId=126.
Babies and breeding projects
Hip Hogs is dedicated to maintaining the genetic diversity and robustness of Plains Hognose Snake morphs. We obtain and refresh our breeding stock from reputable breeders and maintain our collection with excellent husbandry and are fastidious about ensuring healthy babies and a cryptosporidium free collection and babies.
